DO I NEED A REFERRAL FROM MY GP TO SEE YOU?

No. Mental Health Treatment Plans provide a rebate for several sessions within a calendar year. Without a MHCP, you are still able to access sessions privately, or through your private insurance.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A SESSION?

Please enquire within. For those with a valid referral from their GP, your out-of-pocket cost can vary depending on the referral. We work on a flexi scale and sessions start at $230 AUD for a 55 minute consult.

DO YOU PROVIDE CONCESSION RATES?

Yes, to eligible concession card holders. Please inquire with the practice to discuss your specific circumstance.

DO YOU ACCEPT THIRD-PARTY REFERRALS?

Yes! We accept referrals from Worksafe, TAC, NDIS (self-managed) and VOCAT.

HOW DO I BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

For all enquiries, including appointments and further information about services, please send us an email.
Depending on your presentation, we will either schedule a complimentary 10 min consult to discuss fit, or get right to booking your first appointment.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Yes. At least 24 business hours notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Failing to meet this, you will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of the total fee)

CAN I GET A LEGAL REPORT?

At present, this practice do not provide any cognitive or personality reports and do not provide legal assessments.

I SAW ANOTHER PSYCHOLOGIST, CAN I STILL SEE YOU?

Of course, it is good to recall the number of sessions you’ve had with your previous psychologist if you claimed these sessions under your current referral, as there is a capped number of sessions you can access per calendar year.
